Armaments

The Armaments are considered the ultimate source of power in the computer world.

Crystal

The Crystal represents the element of twilight, neither light or darkness. This is the first Armament Drake found on his journey.

Soul Eater

The Soul Eater represents the element of darkness. Similar to the Suikoden Soul Eater, it absorbs the souls of its owner's closest friends upon death. Drake has had this since the beginning, thanks to Leknaat.

Radiant Star

See Radiant Star

The Radiant Star represents the element of light. This is considered the most powerful of all three Armaments. Oshria shattered the star into seven pieces to keep it away from the Black Hearts when they invaded her home.

Ginzuishou

Past Owner: Queen Serenity

The ginzuishou is the silver crystal Usagi has within her brooch. It is her ultimate power source. The Silver Crystal possesses tremendous power, capable of reviving an entire world from ruin, but the strain of using such power often costs the user her life. It is shown as the source of Queen Serenity's power during the Silver Millennium; Usagi and Chibi-Usa each go on to inherit the Crystal in some form.

When the Moon Kingdom was destroyed by Queen Beryl under the influence of Queen Metalia, the Queen's daughter and only heir, Princess Serenity, was killed. Also killed were all the guardians of the Moon Kingdom, the Sailor Senshi, and the Prince of the Earth, Prince Endymion, who had been in love with Princess Serenity. With no hope for the future, Queen Serenity used the power of the Silver Crystal to seal the enemies of the Moon Kingdom. She also used it to send her daughter, the prince, and all of the Sailor Senshi to the future on Earth where they would be reborn to hopefully live peaceful lives. However, just in case the dark forces would reawaken, she also sent two feline guardians to the future to help the Sailor Senshi if need be. With the loss of the Silver Crystal, the Queen died on the remains of the Moon Kingdom.

The Senshi were battling against Kunzite, a Dark Kingdom general, but he absorbed all of their attacks. When he suddenly released all the stored energy at Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask took the hit for her. The two of them began to regain their memories of their past lives, but then Tuxedo Mask died in Sailor Moon's arms. The pain was too much for her and in her anguish, the tiara on her head shattered, revealing a glowing crescent moon; in a flash, her outfit changed into that of Princess Serenity. Her memories of the Moon Kingdom returned, and she recalled that Endymion also took a fatal blow for her in the attack so long ago; they were reborn and found one another only to lose each other again. A tear fell from her cheek and became immensely bright, until it formed into the Silver Crystal. Its light healed all of those it touched, and a part of it descended into Tuxedo Mask's body. The Dark Kingdom then took him.

While it was in Usagi's possession, the Silver Crystal evolved into a form known as the Silver Moon Crystal. Usagi gave up her ability to become Sailor Moon when she ascended the throne as Neo-Queen Serenity in the 30th Century in Crystal Tokyo, and subsequently passed the Crystal down to her daughter, Small Lady, also known as Chibi-Usa. Under Chibi-Usa's control the Silver Crystal, became the Pink Moon Crystal, and allowed her to transform into her "eternal" form as Sailor Chibi Moon. In the Sailor Moon R season of the anime, Chibi-Usa prematurely took the Crystal and it merged into her body, allowing her to emit moonbeams. It was not clear in the anime if Sailor Chibi Moon had her own crystal.

Usagi uses the ginzuishou as a last resort in the Freiheit series and managed to stay alive everytime using it. She has used it against Tatakya, killing him, and a newly revived Queen Metallia, but it had no effect.

Soul Eater shard

When Leknaat revived Ted to protect the Soul Eater, a shard of the True Rune was implanted in his body. This would explain how he can use the Soul Eater's powers. Should the shard be removed he will die.

Lebia's Jade

Current Owner: None

Past Owner: Lebia

Lebia gave this to the Toran Army during their war against Kuja. If they were to envoke its powers she will appear to assist them. When she rejoined in season two, she no longer required the use of it.

Black Heart disk

Current Owner: The Black Hearts

Past Owner: None

The Black Heart disks are black floppy diskettes used to control the minds of the computer world citizens. When implanted in one's body their hearts become tainted by evil and darkness. Kuja was the first to use this technique, followed by Kimmeria. Bakura, possessed by Ansem, used one on Maleficent, claiming that she wouldn't be purified by the light.

Scanner

Past Owner: Ashley Parker Angel

Ami gave her scanner to Ash to help against Kuja should anything happen. Upon season four, she gets it back. This enables her to make special calculations, scan her surroundings, track the movements of allies as well as foes, and determine her enemies' weak points. The computer also works in sync with her Mercury Goggles which analyzes the area around her and displays information in front of her eyes and on the Computer. The visor may be a hologram of some sort; that materialize across her face when she touches her earring. The manga also sometimes shows her wearing a small microphone connected to her earring, the utility of which is never explained. All of these devices gradually fall out of use as the series progresses.

Wirusu Crystal

Past Owner: Tatakya and Mojuro

The Wirusu Crystal was a giant crystal that was stowed away in Kuja's tower on Dark Hill. When the Wirusu began their invasion, it was taken and placed in their base. Similar to the Daimon eggs created in Sailor Moon S, on command a shard can break off from the crystal and enter an inanimate object, but it must be mechanical. When the assigned target is around the crystal turns the object into a wirusu soldier. Should the enemy be destroyed, the object is returned to normal.

The items that the Digimon Chosen Children use to perform Armor Evolutions on their Digimon. Drake possessed one until it turned into a D-Arc.

Original Digivice

Past Owner: Digimon Chosen Children

Willis possesses the original model of the Digivice. With it, he can make Terriermon and Lopmon evolve into their further stages of evolution.
