Background Information

Gremio was a soldier under the command of Teo Mcdohl during the Succession War. However, he decided to become a servant of Teo Mcdohl after Teo saved his life in battle. Gremio raised, Tir, the son of Teo due to his father being busy and because his mother died after giving birth to him. Thus, Gremio acted as a parent to Tir. Gremio followed Tir into the Gate Rune Wars and protected him wherever he went. He even lost his life protecting him, but was miraculously brought back to life by the powers of the Gate Rune and the 108 Stars of Destiny. After the Gate Rune Wars, Gremio left Toran with Tir, and was briefly involved with the Dunan Unification War.

Season Five ~ The Cult of the Watchers

Mamie St. Claire Arc

Gremio debuted with Tir at the beginning of season five, when the infamous Crack Waltzes invaded Gregminster. He stood up against Leknaat when she tried to take Ted's life for breaking the deal of "staying away from Tir." After that, Gremio made brief appearances, whether it be fighting against the forces of Mae Young, attend and win a cook-off, or even a play from Nadir.

Cult of the Watchers Arc

Gremio makes a small appearance where Lepant and Tir appoint him as a new warrior for the Toran Army to ward off the Watchers army. He can be seen in the background of various battles against the watchers and even the grotesqueries when they ascend to earth.

Movie 5 ~ Castle of Broken Dreams

Gremio appears in Corey's memory of Gregminster, along with Tir to save the imperial city from the Crack Waltzes.

Season Six ~ Tempus Edax Rerum

Tree of Life Arc

Gremio made brief appearances, such as recaping how he knew the rune mistress Jeane. When in Yggdrasil, he led his team against the archangel, Auriel. In a valiant fight, Gremio destroyed the angel easily.

Jiendo Arc

In the final episode of "Freiheit," Gremio assists his team against Xadron, striking him repeatedly with his axe before dodging a blast of chain energy.
