Mahna and Spyro: Pendragon Family ~ Drake, Mahna, and Spyro draw their weapon and put them together. Drake and Mahna run forward and slash at a foe, similar to the Best Friends attacks, while Spyro blasts at it with his gunblade.

Mahna, Spyro, Max, Nora, and Savannah: Starlight Purification ~ Only executable if all are in Star Warrior form. The six Star Warriors stand in a hexagram position and raise their arms in the air. The enemy/enemies trapped within their space is blasted with a heavy burst of white light. All of them are stunned for one turn after this attack is finished.

Background Information

Drake is the third child among seven in the Pendragon family and the firstborn son. Since he was little, he would always get sick easily. It seemed anything would make him sick until his father, Greg, decided to work at the Justice Bureau. Since he joined, the other members of the Pendragon family were welcomed to join as soon as they could. He could've joined at the age of seven, but turned the deal down to try to finish school. His school wouldn't be the same for long, since his father had to transfer for his job. The new school he was in terrified him. The only one that truly stood up for him was Glenn, but the two wouldn't become friends until the next school year. Ever since that day, the two have almost been inseparatable. There have been times Drake said that Glenn's family was a second one to him, because he didn't have time at all to hang out with his normal family.

Once Drake turned sixteen, the offer for the Justice Bureau reappeared. As time went by for him, he had to change schools again because he wanted to seek a different opportunity. Even so, this school was considered a home for crazies. He decided to take the offer up as soon as he heard Mahna and Nineve, his older sisters, were enlisted there. As soon as he entered, he saw a woman he thought was the most angelic person he had ever seen, Dr. Kristin Meredith. The two instantly fell in love with each other, but Filauna didn't want the two dating for reasons unknown. His entry exam scores were an eighty-six percent. That's not bad, considering he didn't read the bureau manual at all. Even though he took the exam, he wasn't an official agent yet. There were still other exams to take, such as physicals, mental, and intelligence. It would be during these tests he found out that Glenn had been trying to get enlisted as well. After a day of tests, he wanted to go home, but had to wait for his father to get off work. While waiting, he met with another woman named Tygress, whom his entire family and Glenn didn't trust whatsoever.

Days later, Kristin would make the announcement that both Drake and Glenn were qualified to graduate and become certified agents of the Justice Bureau. With this news in mind, the two went to celebrate. Along the way, they found Tygress communicating with someone via the main computers of the bureau. It was then the two came to the realization she was a Black Heart and were forced to arrest her. She got away from them until Kristin rang the alarm that brought forth almost the entire bureau staff. Tygress was arrested and Drake was forced to burn her at the stake. Since then, he became distant of people until Glenn convinced him that he shouldn't do that because of one person. They both made a promise that if one of them was in trouble, they would rush to their rescue in an instant. The graduation ceremony began and the two were officially agents.

Drake's first mission in the computer world was to go to Mt. Sya-Ouihk to find the Armament, the Crystal. It was during this mission he met Leknaat, the seer and Executor of Balance. For reasons unknown, she gave him another Armament, the Soul Eater. Her only warning was "Keep it safe." From then on, he began his journey into the unknown.

Season One ~ The Adventure Begins

Toran Castle Arc

Drake continued his mission to obtain the Crystal from Mt. Sya-Ouihk. He was told it was being held in a temple, but there was no temple present once he reached the top. There he met with David Bowie, who unlocked the secrets to the temple. He didn't mention that it was Mae Young's home, though. He would travel through the dark temple until he came across his first ally, Sailor Moon. It seemed like they were both seeking the same thing and came to the realization that they would have to work together. This was put to the test when Mae Young attacked. In his first battle, Drake unlocked the powers of the Soul Eater, surprising both Usagi and Mae. It wasn't strong enough to finish her and she imprisoned the two. Before she could do a flash dance, she was surprised by a visit by Dean Malenko. She was thrown off a cliff upon her arrival. David Bowie released the two and gave them the Crystal, telling them he had it the entire time. The next step to Drake's mission was to set up a base and assemble an army for reasons unknown.

Drake, Usagi, and Mr. Bowie would travel to the computer world version of Canada to find their next allies, Jessie and James of Team Rocket. They had to defeat Lance Storm and his anti-American movement first before they could leave. His next allies appeared almost out of the sky when they left, Daria and Jane. The two girls of Lawndale told the group about their encounter with a fortune teller who told them about their adventure. Drake realized this fortune teller was actually a member of the Vile Tribe named Royce. Something was wrong in the computer world and he needed answers. The quest for Phacia began, in which they found her in a church, as well as some other allies, Sakura, Tomoyo, Syaoran, and Meilin. It was in that church that Phacia told the group that a hole is being torn through both reality and fantasy for this new enemy, whomever it may be. Upon that being said, the new team had to battle against both Xenobia and Royce. Thanks to Sakura's Firey Card, they were able to win. Now the new team were free to finally leave Canada and resume their mission to find a base. They would meet with King along the way and even battled Mae Young for a second time. With King's help, they killed the old hag once again.

As days went on, Drake confiscated a van, with help from Jessie. At first, Drake wanted to use the van to go watch a wrestling event, take some time off. Instead of it being a trip to watch a show, which was cancelled, they were able to recruit the Leprechaun (AKA Lepi). Because Drake was a fan of his movies, he got along with the horror icon easily. It would be a month later that the team would find their base, Toran Castle. Unfortunately, it had been reduced to a wasted, ancient ruin, like in Suikoden I. The reason behind this was Arukenimon and Mummymon had conquered it. In the castle, Drake met with his favorite Suikoden character, Ted, who had been revived by Leknaat to help him and protect the Soul Eater. Almost immediately after their meeting, they were all captured by the two evil Digimon. With help from the band KISS, whom were frozen in the dungeon until Mae Young arrived, they were almost to escape. There, Drake battled Arukenimon one-on-one while the others battled Xenobia, Royce, and Mummymon. With his Soul Eater, the four villains were kicked out of the castle and it was restored to its rightful form.

Drake's first mission after claiming his base was to assist Ghaleon rescue the voice actor of the hero Alex, Ashley Parker Angel (a Wandering AI version of him). He would be able to rescue him easily with the mage's help. However, it was all a set-up by Ghaleon to bring his Vile Tribe minions back into the castle. With help from Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru, the Outer Senshi, they were able to remove the evil from their castle once again. A day later, a new evil would find them in the form of Black Wargreymon, whom easily defeated them. However, he revealed that he didn't want to fight weak opponents and flew away. After recovering from the bizarre event that had transpired, Aya Brea and Betty Boop were teleported to the castle to assist them for reasons unknown. The real reason was to get the new Toran Army prepared for battle against their first Black Heart threat, led by Kuja. Drake wasted no time recruiting people, like Stephanie McMahon, the APA, Ghaleon and the Vile Tribe, and even the cast of Lunar, with the exception of Luna, since she was kidnapped. The "war" was for the custody of Luna and the safety of the computer world.

War Against Kuja Arc

After the first battle against the Black Hearts and their lieutenant, Shawn Stasiak, Lebia Maverick appeared to help increase the power of the Soul Eater. Drake wouldn't be able to test this new power out until Black Heart lieutenant, Zophar, invaded the castle. He used the rune, along with Ted's, to eradicate Parasite EVE. Throughout the events of this terrible war, Ghaleon, the Vile Tribe, and Black Wargreymon had lost their lives and Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Saturn had joined. The next day, Luna appeared in the castle, saying she had escaped from Kuja. Drake and the others suspecting something fishy upon her return and wished to get to the bottom of it. During their investigation, they were pulled through a warp to Leknaat's home, courtesy of Luc. There he would find out Ted had a shard of the Soul Eater in his body and that one day Usagi would sacrifice herself to help the Toran Army against Kuja. Upon their return to the castle, Luna revealed her true colors and had cast the entire computer world into darkness. After Alex purified her and killed Queen Metallia, Drake decided it was time to fight Kuja and end his reign of terror.

The party to travel with Drake was Ted, Usagi, David Bowie, King, and Alex, with Ashley as their support. This journey through Dark Hill to find Kuja wouldn't be easily, especially when he used his dark powers to summon the ultimate youma team, the DD Girls (Doom and Gloom Girls). Everyone but Drake was slaughtered by the youma team, but at the same time they used their own powers to kill them. Alone, Drake had to battle Kuja, who destroyed Toran Castle and killed the people within. Instead, the Black Heart general made him fight against his spy, Lebia. It was in this battle Lebia revealed she had instead infected the Soul Eater with a virus that would kill Drake if he should ever use its power to their limits. In his rage, Drake used this virus on Lebia, who quickly used it on Kuja. Lebia thanked Drake as she died. The leader of the Toran Army walked the desolate computer world, reflecting on his journey... until Kuja returned as Trance Kuja. The two battled it out, but the virus in the Soul Eater was taking effect. Drake had to end this fight quickly and called forth the souls of each of his departed teammates. Together, they vanquished Kuja with a superpowered Judgment. Unfortunately, the virus had taken its toll on Drake and killed him violently. Leknaat refused to let him or the other members of the Toran Army die and uses her Gate Rune to reset time, making it seem as though none of it ever happened. The result would be everyone would forget they ever met and carry on with their normal lives. Drake is last seen in season one yelling at David Bowie during his quest to find the Crystal.

Season Two ~ The Wirusu Invasion

Soul Eater Arc

Drake didn't show up in season two until late in the first episode where he assisted the Outer Senshi, Sailor Moon, and Tuxedo Mask against a new threat called the wirusu, a threat that desired the Soul Eater. During their battle, Mahna appeared before them and made them remember everything that had happened to them during the three months they were together. With their memories restored, Drake made it his own personal mission to get everyone to remember, too, and reunite them in the battle against this new threat. The next people they would return to normal would be Sakura, Tomoyo, Meilin, and Syaoran. Before they could get them to return to their side, they had to defeat the camera wirusu, Bideo. Next, King and Lebia would be the next people restored to their side, with Ted following almost immediately after. Serge and Kid even sided with the Toran Army when Ted joined. During this time, Drake and the others knew about Tatakya and Mojuro, and their desire for the Soul Eater - to free their king and bring darkness to the computer world once again.

With most of their army restored, Drake was called into action requesting to help Willis against a wirusu, Regem. It turned out that Willis' life force had been extracted by this particular virus monster and it had to be returned quickly before the child became one himself. Drake and his group were able to defeat the monster and restore Willis' life force in time. When they returned to the castle, Jessie, James, and the Digimon Chosen Children had joined the ranks as well. Drake didn't realize that Willis had been possessed by the Wirusu King until the Toran Army was going to recruit David Bowie and Ashley Parker Angel once again. The first act of the true face of the enemy was destroying twin Wirusu, Ataro and Natamo. From then, Drake kept an eye on Willis and made sure that the king wouldn't take over him again. While maintaining this duty, he managed to recruit people like the Undertaker, Kane, Molly Holly, Stephanie McMahon, and the APA. The king possessed Willis once again when Drake recruited Lepi once again. He had to reluctantly knock out the child with the Soul Eater, the power source this evil sought for for so long. The next day, it was agreed that Willis had to be confined by Leknaat and Luc. Before this could happen, the king took over him again and wounded Drake to the point where he almost died. He would incapacitated until after Tatakya's demise. At this time, Aya, Daria, Jane, and Betty Boop had returned to the Toran Army.

Though Tatakya was vanquished, there was still Mojuro to deal with. This time he had enlisted the help of Ghaleon, who decided to play mind games rather than confront the Toran Army face-to-face. He first had Mimi Tachikawa, a Digimon Chosen Child, become part of a wirusu named Harigane. His next action would be having a wirusu, Ojike, that caused Drake to undergo a psychological breakdown and think his friends were all Black Hearts. With help from Ken and Lucca, the Toran Army were able to get the wirusu out of his body and give him the strength to destroy it. Finally, it was time for Drake to confront Ghaleon face-to-face. He would give the leader of the Toran Army a few days to get ready for a duel to the death. Knowing this, Drake went to Lunar to get Alex and the other members of the Lunar staff. During his stay there, Ghaleon had infected him with another mind trick where anyone who confronted him would appear as Ghaleon. He had to resort to Alex and Luna to help him remove this terrible spell from him. There wasn't enough time to get ready for the duel and Drake had to be ready. After recruiting Black Wargreymon, it was time to go to Dark Hill and stop the wirusu threat once and for all. Ghaleon and Drake battled to a no contest as Mojuro emerged an ultimate wirusu. Ghaleon asked Drake to forgive him as he plunged himself into the monster's belly and destroyed him. With the Black Heart threat seemingly extinguished, Drake freed Willis from confinement.

Radiant Star ~ Bastian Arc

The wirusu threat would not be quelled that easilly. Drake had to find a way to get stronger and defeat them. Setsuna was able to find something out on the Armament called the Radiant Star and she believed Willis could help them find it. They traveled to Dark Hill once again, where they met an wirusu created by the new leader, Kimmeria. Willis would be able to find what he believed was the Radiant Star, when it was actually the Star Life. With its light, Drake underwent a transformation into Star Drake.

With this newfound power, Drake was able to exterminate many wirusu threats sent his way. However, it would be temporary, since the Star Life was a substitute life force for Willis. One day, Drake, King, Lebia, and Willis find themselves battling a wirusu from the future, Keiri, sent to destroy all four of them. Its plan would be thwarted by Drake's future son, Bastian, who brought them all to the future where they could truly battle this threat. He would everything that had happened in the ruined future: the wirusu king dominating over Willis' persona, Drake was killed in battle, Bastian was given the Soul Eater, and Bastian's mother, Kristin, disappeared without a trace. Drake vowed not to let any of that stuff happen should he return to his time. Before he could, he had to destroy Keiri. He would have to do it with the help of the new Ancient and Star Lebia, the Star Warrior forms of King and Lebia. With their job done, they could return to the past. Unfortunately, the Wirusu King had already possessed Bastian and traveled to the past ahead of them.

Drake had to save Bastian from the grips of this evil, as well as stop the seven Sin Warriors: Haradachi of Wrath, Taishoku of Gluttony, Taiyoku of Greed, Netami of Envy, Bushou of Sloth, Shikiyoku of Lust, and Kyo of Pride. In order to find them, they needed the light of the Radiant Star, which the king claimed to have devoured. This was proven false when Drake, King, and Lebia were able to tap into the star's powers without Willis' assistance. All seven sins were destroyed. Even so, Bastian still wished to fight them all with a mirror wirusu, Kagami. This new wirusu froze all three Star Warriors in solid ice and Bastian threatened the Toran Army he would kill them if they didn't turn over the Sin Crystals that came from the seven sins. Reluctantly, Willis gave them to him. At the same time, Kagami was wounded and revealed herself to be Bastian's mother. Drake, King, and Lebia were freed, just in time to battle the seven sins combined, Kenji. Nothing worked against this monster, which resulted to Drake asking the present Kristin how it was killed in the first place. She told him that the light of the Radiant Star could help weaken it for them to destroy it. With her help, as well as Mahna's, Kenji was weakened enough for the Star Warriors and the rest of the Toran Army to destroy the beast. However, the final battle against Bastian would finally surface. Drake had to reluctantly battle his future son, who still had the future Soul Eater in his possession. With both the past and future Soul Eaters in the same area, the Wirusu King would be able to open the Black Heart Gate so the other Black Hearts could return. Ken and Lucca quickly helped Drake enter his son's mind, where the two had to battle the true form of the king, Diaboromon. Drake was able to kill the virus, but it turned out that Bastian needed it to stay alive. Bastian died in his father's arms, finally acknowledging him as his father.

The virus didn't stay dead for long as it emerged from Willis' body as Armageddemon. Drake had to combat against this evil, weakened from the strain of battling Diaboromon. With the Black Heart Gate opened, the Soul Eater was practically useless against him. It would be this battle that Willis realizes the Star Life still existed within his body. With it, he could take a bit of the Toran Army's life forces to give to Drake to end this threat forever. This would be a risky action to take, since True Runes have a history of killing their owners should they summon the full extent of their power. Willis didn't care and asked for the Toran Army to help him. With the life forces of his comrades, Drake had enough power to break through the Black Heart Gate and shatter Armageddemon with a powerful Judgment attack, combined with the light of the Radiant Star. Even though Drake had used the full extent of the rune's power, him and Willis survived because of the star's light. Upon the destruction of the wirusu king, the future is saved, Bastian is restored, and he is able to be with the family he wanted his whole life for.

Movie Two ~ The Sigma Experience

The movie takes place almost immediately after the destruction of the Wirusu Kingdom. Drake decides it's best for the Toran Army to have a vacation after their hardwork and death defying experiences. Even so, there wouldn't be enough peace in the computer world for them to relax. Black Wargreymon had been possessed by a virus and was on a rampage. Since Drake is his partner, he tried to reason with the Digimon until Usagi and the other senshi agree to hold him off while they get away. Mahna would be the one to clear up the situation between Black Wargreymon and the Toran Army. Sigma had returned and had to be stopped before he plagues the entire computer world. With help of the Crystal, Drake leads a group to take out the metallic tyrant. Unfortunately, he had been expecting them and captured them. Before he could do anything to them, Black Wargreymon appeared to help his tamer and his comrades. The Digimon is wounded badly, much to Drake's dismay. With help from the light of the Radiant Star and his new D-Arc, Drake is able to bio-merge with his Digimon partner into a stronger Black Wargreymon. Together, the two are able to destroy Sigma. It turned out that Sigma had to remain alive for his asteroid to remain. Drake didn't have enough time and was rejected from his Digimon back to Earth while the asteroid exploded. Drake believed Black Wargreymon was dead until his D-Arc picked up signs of a Digi-Egg nearby. During the credits of the first part of the movie, Drake would find the egg, knowing that his partner would return.

Movie Two ~ The Perfect Senshi

This particular movie happens immediately after the Sigma Experience. Drake awakens one morning to find out that the Digi-Egg had hatched while he was sleeping. He even gets news from a temporary ally, Basil, that Dr. Evil of all people was after all the Sailor Senshi. To help them in their combat against the mad scientist, he sent Black Metal Garurumon their way. During that time, the Toran Army was on full-scale alert for any of Dr. Evil's henchmen, whether it be Mutasfa or Scott Evil himself. Usagi, Setsuna, Michiru, Haruka, and Hotaru were kidnapped anyway, thanks to the defiance of Scott Evil. Drake and King were called to Magician's Island to help Leknaat defend Chibi-Usa from Robin Spitz-Swallows. They arrive bio-merged with their Digimon partners. However, they can't stop the fact that Chibi-Usa is captured. That left only Mamoru to complete the full cycle of the Perfect Senshi that Dr. Evil wished create. Drake posed as Mamoru to deceive Fat Bastard and allowed himself to be kidnapped. There he transferred the coordinates of Dr. Evil's meteor base to the Toran Army. Unfortunately, Frau had seen through his disguise and dropped him into a pit that had a Godzilla/Fluisa hybrid waiting for him. He easily defeated the beast by throwing an Omochao at her and literally stomping the dinosaur out of her. He was reunited with his team an hour later, but were too late to stop Dr. Evil from completing his project. To their dismay, dragon DNA had gotten mixed up with the other DNA samples, thus creating a three-headed Sailor Senshi dragon. The senshi and Tuxedo Mask battled the beast until Dr. Evil ejected it from his base. Drake and King bio-merged with their Digimon once again and flew into space to battle the dreaded creature. Together, with help from Dr. Evil, they managed to destroy the dragon before it could destroy the Earth. Dr. Evil escaped after the battle.

Movie Two ~ Revenge of the Dark Kingdom

The events of this movie transpire a month after Dr. Evil's defeat. Drake and the entire Toran Army are asked to join a local Fit Club ran by King's grandmother, Bernie Adams. Unbeknown to them it was the base of their newest enemy, the Dark Kingdom. They encounter Excel, an agent from the world domination agency, Across, as they enter the club. Drake and David Bowie kill her each time, only to watch her revive. Drake realized something different, because whenever the bizarre woman's revived, the Will of *whatever* would insult her. During the duel between Kid and Sakura, Ted accidentally trips over a power cord and reveals the true form of the Fit Club. Drake and King bio-merge with their Digimon and battle the youma within, including Bernie Adams. The two Digimon work together to kill the old woman. Immediately afterwards, Queen Beryl merges with Queen Metallia and mortally wounds them both. Drake transfers his energy into his Digimon to help him DNA Evolve with Black Metal Garurumon to form Omnimon, which Drake found quite disturbing when both him and King had to share the inside of the body. Omnimon, with help from Lebia, was able to destroy Metallia and end the threat of the Dark Kingdom forever. After the battle, Drake bids Lebia farewell as she leaves the Toran Army.

  • During the second movie's events, we find out Drake has an obsession with Duel Monsters.

Season Three ~ Oshria's Story

Warriors of the Dark Elements Arc

The first events Drake witness upon waking up in season three is the demise of Lebia when she was trying to protect Oshria. He's the one to encourage King to give their fallen comrade a burial at sea, a wish that Lebia wanted to be granted if she were to die. After her funeral, Drake and his group have to take on the demon that killed their comrade, Sai. During the battle, Oshria somehow activates the Radiant Star's light and makes Drake and King undergo transformations. Drake becomes Star Drake again, but his appearance is different this time.

With his new powers, Drake is able to destroy the demon and avenge Lebia's death. From that moment on, the Toran Army make it their mission to keep Oshria safe and help her defeat the Warriors of the Dark Elements. Whether it be traversing through other dimensions, celebrating Halloween, or doing the Time Warp in the same day, the Toran Army is on alert. Drake and the others wouldn't fight their first Dark Elemental Warrior until Kristi of Water imprisoned Oshria in a life absorbing prison. They would follow her to Seek Valley where they would battle the source of the prison, a rose named Bara, and Kristi herself. With Oshria incapacitated, Drake and King can't transform into their Star Warrior forms. It wasn't until the Undertaker and Syaoran destroyed the rose beast that they could. Together, Drake and King defeat Kristi and banish her back to the Dark Lord.

The Warrior of the Dark Waters may've been defeated, but that would leave the other elements. Harmony, the Warrior of the Dark Earth, was the next warrior to be summoned. It was during the battle against his first DNA Fusion, Waamu, that Drake would realize that the light radiating from Oshria's pendant is fading. Sephiroth had to finish what the Toran Army started by destroying the worm beast, and threating them to turn Oshria and her pendant over to him. No matter how many times Sephiroth showed himself, Drake and the others would refuse to turn her over to him. They would continue to battle DNA Fusions together, and even find allies in the Digimon Tamers: Takato, Henry, and Rika, as well as Oshria's guardian hawk, Corra. One day, King would be murdered by three fusions while he was watching over Oshria. In a rage, Drake ordered a full-on attack on the monsters, and even sided with Sephiroth and Harle to help destroy them. It wouldn't be enough, one of them possessed King's body and challenged Drake to a one-on-one battle in the Darkness of Time, an empty void where falling in could end your entire existence. Drake reluctantly had to throw his friend's body into that void to free him from the monster he had become. The next day, Drake, now sided with Mahna and Harle, would enter Harmony's lair to save Sephiroth and end his reign. It turned out Sephiroth had to die to regenerate the light of Oshria's pendant, and with that gave the Toran Army the strength to end Harmony.

With the emerging of Shelbie, the Warrior of the Dark Air, Drake and the Toran Army had to be ready for anything. Instead of dealing with Dimensional Creatures or DNA Fusions, they had to battle Flying-Type monsters, like a harpy and a golden eagle warrior. Eventually, Drake would have to battle a tornado demon, which was only a distraction for Shelbie to kidnap Oshria. Harle had to use her magic to let Drake and a few other people fly to Shelbie's lair, the Sky Base, which Drake quickly recognized as Doom Island from the Lufia series. Once inside, they had to battle Shelbie until Oshria freed herself and helped them banish her back to the Dark Lord. Unfortunately, Shelbie had to stay inside the Sky Base in order for it to remain intact, and the Toran Army had to flee at once. Thanks to Oshria, they were able to escape.

Days after Shelbie's defeat, Erik, the Warrior of the Dark Fire, was called into action. Upon his appearance, summer came quick for the computer world. His first minion, or Hellion, was Mae Young. Like before she cared Drake and the others with a Flash attack, but luckily they were saved by Ryo Akiyama and Cyberdramon. For the next few days, Drake would lead the Toran Army against other revived evils, like Zhanla, Zophar, Queen Beryl, Bernie Adams, and Parasite Eve. Among one of the revived Hellions was the once fallen Sephiroth, revived as a Black Heart soldier. During this fight, he proved to Drake that he couldn't defeat him, even if he used the full power of the pendant or the Soul Eater. But then the true Sephiroth fought back and begged Drake to kill him to clear him of the evil inside him. Together with Mahna, the two Star Warriors put their former ally out of his misery. Drake left Toran Castle a while to clear his head, but at the same time Erik had turned the castle into his ultimate Hellion, the Necrophidius. He battled the worm beast with the Outer Senshi, but nothing they did could scratch it. The people inside the castle had to do the job for him. Upon its destruction, Erik battled Harle and killed her. Drake, Mahna, and Oshria led the Toran Army against the Dark Fire Warrior and easily defeated him.

New Leaf Academy Arc

The Dark Elemental Warriors were defeated, but the Dark Lord still remained. Whatever he was planning had to be stopped, and Drake was going to be the one to do it. He remembered something about Lebia leaving something under her bed that Drake could have should she die in battle. He looked and found one of the seven Millennium Items, the Puzzle, along with a note from Lebia explaining why she had them and that they should not fall into the hands of the enemies. After he shows them the items, Jessie and James show them a flier of a Blitzball tournament being held in Greenhill City in the Orange Country. Drake thinks it would be a good idea to be in the tournament, but they knew that the Dark Lord would probably be watching. Instead, they go undercover as students, and Drake goes with Jessie and James, who are posing as his tutors. Before they leave, Oshria is disguised as a girl named Yuna Atreides. Spyro even makes an appearance, mocking Usagi, telling them they're going to lose against his team in the tournament.

The undercover squad is enrolled in the New Leaf Academy, ready to participate in the Blitzball tournament. Before the it can begin, Drake is challenged by Spyro in a practice bout. He's surprised by his little brother's skills as he mops the floor with him. After the bout, Greenhill is under attack by Heartless. With help from Silver Star and Blue Star, the Toran Army is able to defeat the dark creatures. Another procedure that Drake has to undergo is a physical to see if he can qualify. His physician is actually 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, who gets Petra Stamped by Petra Fina. Drake, along with Team Rocket, battle the new Austin, who became a giant rattlesnake. This is when Drake's fear of snakes comes into play, completely messing with him. Silver Star and Blue Star had to enter the fight to get his confidence boosted. After defeating Austin, Drake is cleared to participate. Unfortunately, Mahna and Usagi had been removed from the first game for allegedly attacking Beth Cantrall and Sheila Vandelz, two of Spyro's playmates. The first game begins, Drake leads his team against the Kilika Beasts. Oshria had to take Mahna's place in the game and was injured quickly. Before time ran out, Drake scores the winning goal in the game. After the game, Usagi is used as part of a Parasitic Ochu beast. Drake and Mahna defeat the beast, but at the same time wound Usagi. She can't participate throughout the entire tournament. Mai decides to cover for her instead. The next game, Drake leads his team against the Besaid Aurochs and barely win. After their game, during the time in between, Rex Raptor, Weevil, and Monotori are turned into demons by Petra. Thanks to Silver Star and Blue Star, they are able to purify them without hurting them.

The final game is won between the Toran Army and Greenhill, and Oshria is captured by Bandit Keith afterwards. Drake, Mahna, Team Rocket, Victoria, Hotaru, and Corra have to leave to find her. They follow Keith into an underground passage and have a short fight with him but he still gets away. The Toran Army continues to follow the madman through the passage and defeat the Paradox Brothers before finding themselves in the school. There, Drake, Team Rocket, and Corra go on ahead while Mahna battles a recently possessed Beth. As he goes on, Drake finds himself battling Max in a one-on-one fight, but Max won't explain why he's doing it. The two continue to battle until Drake puts his sword to Max's neck, forcing him to tell him why they're battling. Max tells him that Nora had been kidnapped and he's forced to battle Drake. Instead of battling, they decide to team up to get her and Oshria back. After being reunited with Mahna, they all team up to beat down Bandit Keith, who had turned over Oshria to Maleficent. Going in deeper, Drake has to battle Spyro, who had gone mad from witnessing his entire team being slaughtered by Bandit Keith. Max, Drake, and Mahna use a purification rite to cleanse Spyro of his madness and get him to join their cause. Further into the school, Drake and his team battle both Yami Bakura and Maleficent in a difficult battle. Mahna manages to scare them away with her Tower tarot card, freeing both Nora and Oshria. Unfortunately, Oshria had lost her pendant to Maleficent.

The next day is the last day for the Toran Army to be enrolled as students. Before they leave, they're all called into different rooms for their "final exams." Drake, along with Team Rocket, is forced to battle against a Petra Stamped soldier, Johnny Steps. The two start with a DDR game, followed by a fight where Steps uses nothing but musical attacks. Help is on the way in the form of Max and Nora, who teach Drake how to purify on his own. After that, they go to the room where Spyro's fighting a demonic Mitts. With the help of Mahna, all of them are able to purify their former teacher. With Mitts on their side, Drake leads the Toran Army in a war battle against Petra and the Dark Lord in Greenhill. Petra attacks them with her Catamaran, in which Drake and the Digimon Tamers counter by bio-merging with their Digimon. By doing so, they damage the mech and Petra drops Oshria's pendant. Once inside, the Dark Lord kidnaps Oshria and every other female in the Toran Army. Drake splits everyone up to find any secret passages that might lead to where the Dark Lord is hiding. Drake's team takes an elevator and wind up falling into a cavern below. As they go deeper, they are forced to battle Petra's Roulette Dragon, which they easily defeat. Now with everyone together, Drake leads them into battle against the revived Dark Elemental Warriors and later all five Star Warriors against the leader of the Pendant Snatchers, Myotismon. Together, they kill the vampire lord with the light of the star and restore any lost lives used to bring forth his revival. However, after the fight, Oshria and Corra leave to try and purify Dark Hill on their own. This has Drake vow to find her and make sure she's okay.

Dark Hill III Arc

Drake has Mitts make a Battle Ship so the Toran Army may follow Oshria into Dark Hill. During that time, Drake celebrates his eighteenth birthday and manages to gain the respect of Seto Kaiba. With the party over, the Toran Army leave in the Battle Ship to find Oshria. Along the way, they pick up Cloud and the Digimon Legendary Warriors: Takuya, Koji, Zoe, Tommy, and JP. Upon reaching Dark Hill, Drake leads a group to go to the Dark Lord's tower while Max, Nora, and Cloud go their separate ways. Once they enter the tower, the Legendary Warriors battle Koji's twin brother, Kouichi, while Drake and the others go on ahead to find the Dark Lord. Their search is a success and the Star Warriors, with Cloud, must battle the masked man, who has been possessed by Myotismon. After shattering his mask, the Star Warriors battle the revived Malomyotismon in an epic battle that ends with Oshria reviving her Guardians and sending forth her light to banish the vampire back to his dark hell. Drake and the others return back to the castle after understanding that Oshria must stay on Dark Hill until its completely purified.

Movie 3 ~ Darkness of D-Reaper

A month after the events in Greenhill City and Dark Hill, Drake begins to train for future battle in a simulation deck. He's bio-merged with Black Wargreymon first before he's called out by Daria and Jane to get ready for a vacation to Florida. Everything's going right until Setsuna senses a new problem in the wind. Drake bio-merges with Black Wargreymon then travels to Azulongmon's temple with Spyro to stop Bakura before he can get Calumon. No matter what they did, Bakura had already beaten them to the Light of Evolution and traps them with his dark magic. The D-Reaper is shortly revived, putting the computer world and real world in peril. Drake travels with the Digimon Tamers to the real world, thanks to the help from Azulongmon, where their powers are limited. They battle a bunch of the D-Reaper's agents and even get help from Max, who's learn to bio-merge with Black Metal Garurumon. Trying to battle the actual D-Reaper, they learn she has both Calumon and Takato's friend, Jeri, inside her. With help from Bakura, they're able to enter the quantam bubble around the monster and fight her to the death. Bakura, in the meantime, saves both Jeri and Calumon, while the Toran Army fights. After D-Reaper, the Toran Army manage to make it out alive and return to the computer world, thanks to the Justice Bureau. During the credits, Drake is shown sleeping in his bed with Black Agumon.

Movie 3 ~ Darkness of Lucemon

This movie takes place immediately after the D-Reaper is killed. In the beginning, Drake and the others involved in the chaos are interviewed by Ramona Jackson, a news reporter, before returning to the computer world. Like in the credits of the previous movie, Drake falls asleep upon returning to the castle. He's woken up later when the others have an encounter with the revived Dynasmon and Crusadermon. Almost immediately after he hears the story of Lucemon, the castle is attacked and Drake bio-merges with Black Wargreymon once again. Even with his team, they are no match for the Royal Knights, who easily destroy the castle and absorb its data for Lucemon. Mark and Fluisa manage to save them before their world disappears. Minutes later, Lucemon is revived and Drake is forced into battle again with everyone else. The Royal Knights are defeated this time, but are absorbed by Lucemon, allowing him to evolve into Lucemon Chaos Mode. Because of this fallen angel, Mark's airship is destroyed, leaving hardly any land for the others to stay on while Drake goes with the Legendary Warriors to fight him. During this battle, Max and Drake combine their Digimon into Omnimon, while the Legendary Warriors become Susanoomon. Together, they destroy Lucemon, but his Satan Mode lives on. Once again, they destroy Lucemon, hopefully for good, and restore the computer world.

Movie 3 ~ Darkness of Zeiram

Just when Drake thinks he can relax, he's called back into battle, this time to save Iria and Kei from a revived Zeiram. Their attempts are futile as the alien monster easily defeats them. Even though they are defeated, they rescue the two bounty hunters from their longtime enemy. As time goes by, Drake bio-merges with Black Wargreymon, then to Omnimon, and leads his army against Zeiram as he invades the Toran Republic. Together with Maleficent and Bakura, they're able to hold off Zeiram's army long enough for Iria to kill the demon.

  • In this season, Drake mentions he had two girlfriends: one that went to college (Kristin) and the other was a slut (Saseko).

Season Four ~ The Maverick Invasion

Security Cube Arc

Drake wastes no time asking Mitts, Daria, and Jane to make another Battle Ship, one that can traverse through portals to Hollow Bastion. Since none of them know how to create astro technology, Drake decides to enlist the help of Professor Hiragi and the Mon Colle Knights, Mondo and Rockna. While walking through Tokyo, he bumps into Sierra Mikain. After apologizing, he makes his way to the Hiragi household and speaks with the eccentric doctor. He manages to convince the doctor to join them, and then Silver appears. It's during this time Drake reveals he's been wearing the Millennium Puzzle the whole time. Silver challenges Drake to a Shadow Game for the puzzle, which he gladly accepts. Through all his hard work and effort, Drake is defeated by the mysterious Black Heart, who uses cards to exploit his weaknesses: snakes, fire, etc. The puzzle is lost and Drake is wounded. When he wakes up, he gets the news that Glenn had been attacked by Evolution (Triple H, Ric Flair, and Randy Orton). Glenn explains he was trying to get the God card, Obelisk the Tormentor, to the Toran Army for safe keeping, trying to keep it away from the Black Hearts. The card was stolen and must be recovered quickly. Drake leads a team to take out Evolution and take the card back.

After getting the card back and bidding Glenn farewell, Drake hears about the Maverick invasion in ACDC City. Together with Mahna, Spyro, and Usagi, they create their own Net Navis to combat against their new threat. Drake creates Gemini Man, his favorite Mega Man boss from the old days. Upon entering ACDC City, Drake and the others quickly go into battle against two Mavericks, Yatsu Kuroi and Shiro Akunin, and their Net Navis, Pirate Man and Search Man. With help from Chaud and Proto Man, they are able to win. Almost a day later, the Toran Army's asked to save Ivory from Mae Young in the Net World. With help from Lan Hikari and Mega Man, they're able to complete this task, as well as get Ivory on their side. It's after this event that Drake learns of the Security Cube and orders the team to be on the look out for them. On his first try, Drake finds Silver and his Navi, Dynamo, invading the ACDC City TV station. He engages the Navi with Gemini Man and almost wins until Lan mistakes him for a Mavericks and injures Gemini Man. Because of this error, a Security Cube is lost.

Drake appears when the independant Maverick Navis, Bit and Byte, invade the city. He doesn't necessarily get to battle them, but instead gets an e-mail from the fish merchant, Maysa, about the identity of the last Security Cube. He opens the e-mail as soon as everyone has gathered. When he does, they learn that the last Security Cube is Iris, Sierra's Net Navi. At the same time, he learns Silver, who is really Max brainwashed, and Bakura had stolen the Obelisk card. They all gather in Lan's house and ask his father, Yuuichiro, about the Security Cube, which he denies making. Drake and the others find Sierra in Tamako's bath shop where they tell her the truth about Iris. At the same time, Sierra reveals herself as Savannah. The time for relaxing is cut short when Breck Losnar attacks with his Navi, High Max. In this battle, Iris willingly sacrifices herself to save everyone and releasing the seal on Slifer the Sky Dragon.

The ACDC City squad return back to the castle, where Drake finds out Glenn joined them to get revenge against the Mavericks for what they did to him. With no time left to spare, he almost begs Seto Kaiba to help them construct their Battle Ship III. Kaiba's not totally convinced until he witnesses how much Drake would be willing to give up to save others, including him and his brother Mokuba, from Silver and Dynamo. As time goes by, Drake goes into other battles, whether it be against Harmonia's Lena and Sasarai, or the revived Zophar, Zhanla, Mae Young, and Bernie Adams. He's ready to go to Hollow Bastion, where he would battle Silver one-on-one for the last time. However, upon defeating the silver warrior, he transformed into a dragon, Ryuza. Drake battled him and nearly lost. Nora was able to cleanse Max of Silver's essence to save Drake's life. With the Star Warriors together, Drake leads his team to battle both Maleficent and her leader, Redda. Maleficent was arrested and Redda battled Drake one-on-one. It wasn't Drake to finish him off, it was the real Bakura of all people. After the angel's defeat and the releasing of the Millennium Item holders, they learn the true face of evil..... Glenn.

Black Heart City Arc

Drake is shocked to learn Glenn is their real enemy. In reality, his best friend is possessed by the Seeker of Darkness, Ansem. From that moment on, a new rage awoken within Drake, a hatred toward the spirit that took his best friend away from him. He wanted to rip his heart out, but Ansem did that to him instead to try to find the Winged Dragon of Ra. It turned out that the final god is hidden within someone's heart, one that's pure. Since Drake didn't have it, his heart returned to him. Immediately after the true leader of the Mavericks escaped, Drake and the other Star Warriors battled against a mysterious cloaked man who said Drake was incomplete. They were able to ward off the mysterious foe, but he escaped, telling them that they would someday meet again.

The battlefield for the Mavericks would be Glenn's base, Gehktus. It's here that Drake reflects on his promise that if anything should happen to one of the two they would rush to their rescue immediately. Instead of getting to fight Ansem, him and the people in the Toran Army who wield Net Navis are dragged into the Net World for a battle royal for the last god. Drake and Gemini Man had to battle against Adam Pyro and his Navi, Phantom, with a few minutes to spare, since Phantom planted bombs in the area. Drake almost lost until he gave Gemini Man enough power to defeat Phantom and leave the forest before it exploded. Phantom didn't escape from the explosion. He would meet with Mahna and her Navi, Puck, after his victory, and quickly try to find the others trapped inside the Net World. As everyone is reunited, Max reveals that Miranda, a Maverick, had defected to their side. Their moment of victory would be cut short as Saseko and Bass appear to challenge them for the rights of Ra. It's then Drake realizes that Saseko is his former girlfriend, Tygress, after she calls him her lover. Instead of challenging Drake, they battled Usagi and beat her for the god and her heart. Drake then explained everything about Saseko to the others after she retreated and betrayed Bass.

Almost an hour after Usagi's defeat, Saseko used her Seductive Shadow ability to brainwash Drake and make him her servant. He helped her kidnap the fallen Sailor Moon and bring her to Ansem. His first mission as a Black Heart operative was to team with Saseko to deal with the other members of the Toran Army in the Net World. Under Saseko's control, he obeyed and battled his former teammates. He was able to snap out of her power after he stabbed Gemini Man with his Soul Saber. This brought him back and he blasted his deceiving ex-girlfriend with a Judgment. Drake would reclaim leadership and begin the quest to Ansem's fortress, Tynghacc. Unfortunately, everyone was separated again by Ansem, each person forced to battle a member of the Big Five, former executives of Kaiba Corp. Drake and Gemini Man were transported to the swamp battlefield where they battled the first member of the Big Five, Konosuke Oshita (or "Gansley" in the U.S. dub), in the form of Deepsea Warrior. Throughout the battle, Oshita used mind tricks on Drake, digging deep into his memories and bringing up events like Saseko's betrayal, the deaths of Lebia, King, Bastian, etc. Because of Drake being in a rage, he couldn't concentrate against his opponent and became victim of his Reflector Hole numerous times. He calmed down he reflects on something Glenn told him, that he shouldn't always rush into things and take things slowly. With this in mind, Drake was able to have Gemini Man destroy Oshita and permanently delete him.

Drake met up with everyone else in front of Tynghacc where the final battle would begin. Once inside, the others stayed behind to battle the Mavericks and their Navis while Drake, Max, and Miranda went on ahead. Before entering Ansem's throne room, Drake and Gemini Man would battle Saseko on their own. No matter how he meant to her in the past, the feelings were gone and she had to be defeated. Before she was killed by Gemini Man, she teleported away, presuming to have left the Net World altogether. The entire squad met up in Ansem's throne room, where the Seeker of Darkness had possessed Usagi, since she had no heart. They reluctantly battled their teammate until Bass reappeared for revenge. Ansem left the Net World with Usagi's body, leaving the others to battle the insane Navi. One-by-one, the Toran Army watched their Navi die, Gemini Man being the first to go. However, their data would go to Mega Man, allowing him to defeat him. With Bass defeated, Drake and the others were able to leave the Net World and back to Gehktus where the Mavericks kidnap Chibi-Usa and Nora. With that, Saseko activated a bomb that would destroy the castle. Drake wanted to stop it but the Toran Army pulled him back into the Battle Ship before it exploded.

Their next destination would be Dynud, a place Mahna didn't want Drake to go to. But after being convinced by Leknaat, they were able to make there. Drake would lead the Toran Army against the Mavericks as they poured out of the Dynud temple. There, Drake would finally settle the score with Saseko and defeat her. He took the Star Warriors with him into the temple to battle Ansem. Once the Seeker of Darkness found out his army had lost, he teleported the Star Warriors to an area that looked like Dynud before it was destroyed. At first, Drake saw Ansem as Glenn before he shed the skin to combat against them. In this difficult battle, Drake was the only one left standing as he was brutalized by the Maverick leader, pouring on memory after memory of the friendship that would never die. In another fit of rage, Drake blasted Ansem with a Starlight Sword Disaster and knocked him back to the present Dynud. There, Ansem would sacrifice his own Mavericks to summon the Egyptian God Monsters and the Oroboros. The Star Warriors would do battle against the Gods and Ansem, Drake wanting to finish Ansem off first. He wouldn't get his wish when Max pulled him away. After Obelisk and Slifer were defeated, Drake would finally exact his revenge against the Seeker of Darkness for everything he did to him and Glenn by driving his sword into his chest.

Ansem managed to survive Drake's attack and lost the power of the gods. There was no other way to defeat him except by reforging the Millennium Items that were shattered during the ritual and seal him into the darkness forever. The only way to do this was with a sacrifice. In a tearful farewell, Drake volunteered to be the sacrifice. He said his last words to everyone and allowed Yami-Yugi to drive his knife into his own heart. The items were reforged from Drake's light and Ansem was sealed away. Drake died knowing that his mortal enemy was gone forever. But at the same time, he wouldn't know if Glenn had escaped or not. The Soul Eater left his body and went onto Ted's hand, waiting for an heir.

  • There was foreshadowing that Drake was going to die when Leknaat mentioned a sacrifice.

Season Five ~ The Cult of the Watchers

Mamie St. Claire Arc

Drake appears before Corey in spirit and in flashbacks, telling him to be his successor and watch over his family. He even trains him how to be a better warrior when it came down to him against Saseko. He would leave the young man's side, using some of his soul to empower the Soul Eater. Corey would go to his funeral and thank him for everything he did for him.

Cult of the Watchers Arc

He first appears when Ansem tries to take over Glenn's body once again, but he assists his best friend against the Seeker of Darkness, warding him away. He even urges Glenn to fight the darkness within him while he's in the castle. He would appear again when Glenn is consumed by the darkness Lexaeus blasted him with, once again scaring Ansem away. After confronting Zexion, Drake is able to accompany Glenn throughout the castle. He would leave him alone when it comes to Glenn battling against Ansem for, hopefully, the last time. After the battle is won, Drake wishes Glenn luck in the future and tells him he will be watching over him and the others. He's last seen in a flashback of the two remembering their vows of protecting one another should they ever need them.

In the final episode of "Freiheit," Drake confronts Corey and Winona in their mental prison while Time begins to disappear. He lets Winona say her last words to Corey before he carries her to the afterlife. During the credits, he hints that Winona may one day return as her own person now that her curse has been broken.
