Fortuna is the innkeeper of the inn in Aurora City. She allows Xiru to stay for free because he helps around the town, that and he doesn't have a home to call his own. Being the kindly woman she is she allows anyone to have a discount should they be friends with Xiru, though she can tell who is a true friend and who isn't.

Xiru's old boss in the postal service. He threatened to fire Xiru should he have another complaint about service. Because of him, Winona and Marino's package was destroyed. After Xiru met Winona, he quit to be her bodyguard, which Winona blows up at Lee for trying to fire him.

The AI of the WWE Owner, Vince is no stranger to the computer world. Possibly the richest man in this world, he debuted in Dämmerung after his wife, Linda, was saved from Jeban. In exchange for saving her, he offered to give Yorae anything. When the young man stated information of the Wadjet, Vince tells him he doesn't have any.
Vince would return when Doris attempts to buy the four B-Spirits of Metal, Wood, Earth, and Water from him. After a brief sitdown chat and offer, Vince was able to get them for $20,000.
Eddie Hordong

A drunken barkeep, and later revealed to be Joy's second husband, Eddie offers Xiru and his team a ride to her island for 1200 potch. Once they get to the island, they keep him distracted by him telling stories that he forgets about the money.

An agent under the care of Brimstone. During a drill, however, his helmet was malfunctioning and he pulled it off. Unfortunately, Brimstone had shot him in the head accidentally, killing him instantly. Zexion, in the form of Robert, appears before Brimstone to play mind games with him. It's later revealed by Erik that Robert was his cousin.

Sam is a stray dog, supposedly according to Lexaeus, the former pet of Delvin. He was first seen running away from an angry chef in Muja, then reappears in the custody of Yorae. He doesn't participate in battles and is consider worthless. After the defeat of Bael, it's unknown what happened to Sam.

When cornered on Dark Hill he showed that he could become a monster courtesy of the T-Veronica Virus inside his body. This form drove Xiru to the point of fear where he couldn't use his rune. He fled, and reverted back to normal, with Ada and Wesker after the Redfields and Leon showed up.
